Asia Headquarters: Dongguan, China

LTL's Asia headquarters and manufacturing plant in Dongguan, China (90 miles north of Hong Kong) opened in 2007. This sophisticated company is comprised of business operations and management offices, a conference center with overnight accommodation suites for traveling customers, a manufacturing plant with multiple compounding and other processing lines, and analytical and color matching laboratories.

This global initiative is a collaborative product of our customer relationships. A number of our North American customers now enjoy the ability to produce their established LTL resin products on two continents.

Over 20 years experience in Polymer Compounding in multi-cultural environments with sound understanding of the basic framework of Operations. Background includes 15 years with GE Plastics, Singapore (now SABIC-IP) leading the Quality/Color & Technology functions for the Singapore plant. Joined LTL in January 2008.



Manufacturing Leader: Yang Fan
B.Degree, University of Science and Technology, Beijing
Eight years experience including 5 years at Guangzhou Honda Plastic Department in Project Management (new car introduction).  Experienced in production, quality management, and ISO.   Joined LTL in October 2009.



Senior Sales Manager: Michael (Huan Yong) Hu
B.Degree in International Trade & English, Guangzhou University
More than 10 years of commercial sales experience with Ashland, Sabic IP, and I-Max.

Quality & Color Leader: Davini
B. Degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering
Five years experience in Color Development in modified engineering plastics compounds, master batches, and pigments.  Prior to LTL, worked for Clariant, Beijing.
Joined LTL in May 2010.

Project Leader: Cherry
Diploma in Applied Electronics
Five years of industrial expereince.  Joined LTL in May 2007.
